Meet Jenn, Athletic Therapy and Wellness Specialist

Nothing brings me more joy than helping people feel their best! I am passionate about optimizing performance, preventing injuries, and fostering overall wellness through exercise and nutrition. I absolutely love helping people resolve injuries and get back to the sports, workouts, and activities they enjoy.

I am a 40-something-year-old wife and mom who never stops learning. Through my undergraduate and graduate studies in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, as well as my 16+ years of experience, I have a thorough and deep knowledge of the human body. This shines through in my evaluations, treatments, and programming.

I enjoy living an active lifestyle, and as someone who has experienced multiple injuries myself, I bring an unmatched level of compassion and empathy to each patient and client.

At Unlocked Athletic Therapy, I am dedicated to helping people overcome injury and movement issues. I look forward to helping you feel strong, capable and resilient. Let’s keep you in the game!
